Bodegas Aquitana is fully focussed on quality. The Albari?o grape has a wonderful affinity with coastal regions as it takes on that salty sea air. Here they retain that salinity by a fully 'gravity fed' system in the winery (multiple floors- wine feeds down by gravity- no pumps!). This careful handling of the wine allows it to retain its purity and express its seaside proximity with super-fresh citrus fruit and a mild salty hint that matches up ideally with all seafood
